Themes and mood
Hundreds of written answers grouped into themes, each tagged positive, neutral or negative, with counts you can filter.
Follow-up on vague answers
When someone writes only “it was ok”, the AI asks one short, neutral follow-up. They can add more or simply go on.
Help with marking
