How does the AI builder work?
You describe the survey, quiz or exam you need, in your own words. The AI writes it using our question types, logic and scoring, and shows it to you straight away. Keep asking for changes until it is right, then open it in the builder to fine-tune and publish.
Which AI do you use, and can we use our own?
Survey Master AI is powered by Anthropic’s Claude and comes with the larger plans (an add-on on smaller ones; see pricing). You can instead connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI account, so requests go straight to your provider.
What does the AI see?
When it builds or edits a survey, only what you type and the survey itself. Answers are read only when you use a feature that needs them, such as themes in written answers, a written summary, “Ask your results” or a suggested mark, and only by the AI your organisation chose. Every AI change can be undone, and nothing goes live until you publish it.
Can people take surveys on their phone?
Yes. Every survey and exam is designed for phones first, with large touch targets, keyboard shortcuts on desktop and a light or dark look.
Does it work with our learning platform?
Yes. Connect it by LTI 1.3 (Moodle, Canvas and others), upload a SCORM package, or launch with a signed link. The learner arrives already signed in, and the score goes back automatically when they finish.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo and set your colours and fonts. When a partner platform launches a survey, it can pass its own look so everything feels like one product.
